The Legacy Vault LLC ships collectible trading cards worldwide from the United States. This policy explains how quickly we dispatch, how we pack, how long delivery takes, who pays import charges, and what happens if something goes wrong. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.
Questions about a shipment: info@thelegacyvaultcards.com, quoting your order number.
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment being confirmed. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays.
For bank transfers, the processing clock starts when the funds reach our account, not when you initiate the transfer — international transfers can take several days to arrive. For cryptocurrency payments, it starts when the transaction has the number of network confirmations stated in your payment quote.
You receive a dispatch email with the carrier name and tracking number as soon as the parcel leaves us.
Every shipment is sent with tracking. Graded cards and any order above our high-value threshold are sent with tracking and transit insurance covering the full purchase value, and we will tell you at checkout or by email when an order falls into that category.
Where an order is insured, insurance covers loss and transit damage up to the declared value. It does not cover charges levied by customs, nor delay.
Cards are packed to survive an international journey, not just a domestic one:
Sealed product is packed in a box with a size margin on every side so the sealed packaging itself arrives with sharp corners.
We ship internationally. The following are estimates in business days from dispatch, not guarantees, and they exclude time spent in customs:
Customs inspection, carrier backlog, peak season, weather and incorrect address details can all extend these times, and none of them are within our control. We do not refund shipping because an estimate was exceeded.
We cannot ship to countries subject to applicable trade sanctions, nor to any address a carrier refuses to serve. If we cannot ship to you, we cancel the order and refund it in full.
Import duties, VAT/GST, customs clearance charges and courier handling fees in the destination country are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the price you pay us. They are normally collected by the carrier before delivery.
We declare the true description and the true paid value of the contents on every customs form. We will not under-declare value or label a shipment as a gift.
If a parcel is returned to us because import charges were not paid or delivery was refused, we refund the item price less the outbound shipping cost, the return shipping cost and any storage or handling fees charged to us.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the shipping address, including apartment or unit number, postcode and the telephone number couriers require for international delivery.
Tell us immediately if an address is wrong. If the parcel has not yet been dispatched we will correct it free of charge. Once it has been dispatched we can only ask the carrier to redirect it, which they may refuse and may charge for. A parcel delivered to an address you supplied, or returned to us because that address was undeliverable, is not a lost parcel: any reshipment is charged at cost.
High-value orders — graded cards and any order above our high-value threshold — are shipped signature required, and we cannot waive this. Please supply an address where someone can sign during business hours. Instructions given directly to the carrier to leave a parcel unattended, in a safe place or with a neighbour override the signature requirement and transfer the risk of loss to you.
