All orders are dispatched from Europe.
EUROPEAN UNION
Orders dispatched within the EU and already in free circulation normally arrive without import customs duties at delivery.
OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION
Customs duties, import VAT/GST, brokerage or local handling fees may be charged by your destination country and are normally the recipient’s responsibility.

Is insurance optional?
No. Protection is part of how we ship. Orders of €500 or more are automatically insured for their full purchase value; high-value orders (€10,000+) also require a signature. It is included where required and cannot be removed.
Which carrier do you use?
All orders ship from Europe via FedEx, fully tracked. You receive the tracking number by email as soon as the parcel leaves us.
What happens if my order is lost or damaged?
Contact us at info@thelegacyvaultcards.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the parcel and the item. Insured shipments are covered for loss and transit damage up to the declared value.
Can I ask FedEx to leave a high-value parcel outside?
No. Secure and high-value orders require a signature on delivery for your protection. If you are not available, FedEx will attempt redelivery or hold the parcel at a nearby location.
